Zac began his real estate career with a brokerage heavily focused on bank foreclosures and REO listings, building a strong foundation in pricing strategy, negotiation, and complex transactions. This experience continues to benefit clients looking for smart opportunities and well-structured deals.
Prior to real estate, Zac spent more than six years in the construction industry, working hands-on under licensed contractors on projects ranging from full interior remodels to roofing, plumbing, electrical, flooring, cabinetry, drywall, framing, and concrete work. This background gives him a unique advantage when evaluating property condition, renovation potential, and long-term value—helping clients make informed decisions with confidence.
With formal training in art, design, and digital media, including studies at the Pinellas County Center of the Arts and Full Sail University, Zac brings a creative and architectural perspective to real estate. He has produced 3D design concepts for investors and developers, helping visualize possibilities before purchasing or building.
